Insurance is unavailable for rentals without a guide. A $500 damage deposit is necessary for any rental and can be a pre authorization on your credit caard. You will be held responsible for any damage caused during your rental so be careful out there. Insurance is only available for tours and is not available for rentals so be careful out there.
Reservations made within 48 hours prior to departure require full payment. All participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver. Refunds will not be issued within 24 hours of departure, though substitutions will be accepted up until the time of departure. Vancouver Water Adventures reserves the right to cancel or alter any trip due to conditions beyond our control. |
