Yoga on a stand up paddle board– who would have thought? Strengthen your core muscles and find your balance with our Paddle Canada Certified instructors. We offer 90 minute classes launching from our Kitsilano Beach location. SUP Yoga is one of the most enjoyable ways to start or end your day on the water. All skill levels are welcome, as we encourage practice at your own pace. You might even surprise yourself with a tree pose!
